With her San Francisco roots and career in local journalism, Arline Klatte’s intimate knowledge of the city has been essential to her work as a real estate agent. She grew up in Presidio Heights and went to the Convent of the Sacred Heart from Kindergarten through the 12th grade, before receiving her bachelors degree in art history from UC Berkeley. A masters degree in journalism from Columbia University followed, and after working for various publications in New York and a two-year stint in Russia with the Moscow Times, she returned home to San Francisco and worked as an editor at SF Gate, and later as the commentary editor of CBS MarketWatch.“

Porchlight features “regular” San Franciscans telling their stories, and has been featured in San Francisco Magazine, 7x7, The San Francisco Chronicle and on KRON-TV. >>more
